The Meetings module lets you schedule, host, and manage video calls directly from your Teruza environment. Whether for internal stand-ups, client demos, or remote onboarding — you can collaborate without switching platforms.

Integrated with the Calendar, CRM, and Notifications modules, it streamlines the entire process from invite to follow-up. Participants can join from any device, and meetings can include chat, screen sharing, and recordings.

Typical use cases include:

  • Hosting client meetings or virtual onboarding sessions
  • Scheduling team check-ins, scrums, or training calls
  • Embedding video meetings into workflows (e.g. “Start Meeting” button on a lead)
  • Automatically recording and linking meetings to relevant records
